Take a dose of whole grains like oatmeal, such as muesli. These provide carbohydrates that give you energy until noon and a good dose of fiber. This type of cereal without added sugar has a very low impact on blood sugar and causes insulin production much lower than sugar cereals such as maize or balls of puffed rice. To simplify, remember only that it makes, among other things, much less easy storing those calories as fat (fat).
Accompany your cereal with a bowl of skim milk (source of protein and calcium) and do not forget to add a compressed slimming pills and minerals.
