Xbox 360 (also abbreviated X360) is a video game console from Microsoft, developed in cooperation with IBM, ATI, Samsung and SiS. It succeeds the Xbox’s first name.
This is the first console seventh generation to be out in competition with the PlayStation 3 from Sony and the Wii from Nintendo. It is available in white since 22 November 2005 in North America on 2 December 2005 in Europe and 10 December 2005 in Japan. It is available since 24 August 2007 in Europe, in an improved version called the xbox 360 Elite black who has a hard drive of 120GB and a power HDMI.
